P75.11 Potential Predictive Value of TERT Mutation Status for Response to Immunotherapy in Cancer Patients
نویسندگان
چکیده
Immunotherapy has been one of the standard treatment options for lung cancer. Biomarkers such as PD-L1 and TMB have a certain predictive role on efficacy. At same time, studies also found that EGFR mutations ALK fusions were inversely related to efficacy immunotherapy. The MYSTIC trial evaluated STK11, KEAP1, ARID1A, KRAS their correlation with immune results showed STK11 and/or KEAP1 had poor immunotherapy outcomes, while ARID1A associated better

Commentary on "KRAS Mutation Status Is Predictive of Response to Cetuximab Therapy in Colorectal Cancer".
See related article by Li evre et al., Cancer Res 2006;66:3992–5. Ten years ago, Cancer Research published a translational science report by researchers in France describing the relationship between genetics and outcome for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer treated with the newest targeted therapy cetuximab. Li evre and colleagues studied 30 patients and made a seminal observation corr...
متن کاملKRAS mutation status is predictive of response to cetuximab therapy in colorectal cancer.
The anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (anti-EGFR) cetuximab has been proven to be efficient in metastatic colorectal cancer. The molecular mechanisms underlying the clinical response to this drug remain unknown. Genetic alterations of the intracellular effectors involved in EGFR-related signaling pathways may have an effect on response to this targeted therapy. In this study, tumors from 30...

متن کاملStudy of NGEP expression in androgen sensitive prostate cancer cells: A potential target for immunotherapy
Background: Prostate cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths among men. New gene expressed in prostate (NGEP), is a prostate-specific gene expressed only in normal prostate and prostate cancer tissue. Because of its selective expression in prostate cancer cell surface, NGEP is a potential immunotherapeutic target. To target the NGEP in prostate cancer, it is essential to investig...
متن کاملPredictive radiogenomics modeling of EGFR mutation status in lung cancer
Molecular analysis of the mutation status for EGFR and KRAS are now routine in the management of non-small cell lung cancer. Radiogenomics, the linking of medical images with the genomic properties of human tumors, provides exciting opportunities for non-invasive diagnostics and prognostics. We investigated whether EGFR and KRAS mutation status can be predicted using imaging data. To accomplish...
